JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The North Florida baseball team picked up a 6-1 win over Bethune-Cookman on Wednesday night at Harmon Stadium.

Tanner Murphy paced the Ospreys with a three hit game including his ASUN leading 10th home run. It was Murphy's fourth three hit game of the season as he raised his season average to a league leading .391.

Dalton Board,
Rey Gonzalez and
Raff Libunao all added two hit contests, while
Blake Voyles and
Jay Prather had a base hit.
- Prather now has reached base in 19-straight games.
- The Ospreys pitching staff allowed only four baserunners, while striking out nine batters. The four pitchers combined at one point to sit down 15 straight Bethune-Cookman batters.
- Murphy and Voyles each extended their hit streaks to 11 in a row, a team-high.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Prather got the Ospreys offense going early with a two-run single in the first inning to give UNF a 2-0 lead.
- After Bethune-Cookman scratched across a run in the third,
Tanner Murphy responded with his 10th homer of the season to give UNF a 3-1 lead after three.
- Voyles extended the Osprey lead to 4-1 with a sacrifice fly in the fifth.
- In the bottom of the sixth, after back-to-back runners reached with one out,
Max Law was able to reach following a Wildcat error which allowed a fifth run to come across.
- Voyles did it one more time in the seventh with an RBI single to give UNF a 6-1 victory.
