KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State hit a walk-off single to beat North Florida softball, 3-2, on Saturday to complete the sweep.

- North Florida got on the board in the fourth when Becca Enter hit an RBI single to bring home Dominica Cocuzza. Cocuzza reached on a single before moving on the next batter's hit-by-pitch.
- The Owls evened the score in the fifth on Noelle Winkles RBI single.
- Kennesaw State then took the lead in the bottom of the sixth when a leadoff double followed by a sac bunt put a runner on third. The runner then scored on a failed rundown giving the Owls a 2-1 lead.
- The Ospreys looked to push the game to extras as Kayla McGory sent a single to right field to bring home Navia Penrod who reached on a hit-by-pitch and stoe second.
- The home team was not done though as back-to-back singles allowed the game-winning run to come around as the Owls swept the series.
- UNF tallied six hits in the loss, while KSU recorded eight.
- Sydney Matzko (10-13) finished her 18th complete game in the circle with eight hits, two earned runs, a walk and five strikeouts.
