The Short Story: The North Florida baseball team pick up its first win of the 2018 season behind junior Trace Norkus' first career win as an Osprey.
LEADING OFF
- UNF's head coach, Tim Parenton, collected his first win as coach of the Ospreys.

- Gonzalez started the scoring off in the second inning with a hit to center field that brought home Weeks and Alex Reynolds.
- With runners on first and second, Libuano stretched out a single down the right side of the infield that scored Reynolds.
- Matt Roth put Radford on the scoreboard in the fifth inning with a solo home run down the left field line.
- The Highlanders pulled within one when Kyle Butler had a sacrifice fly to right field that scored Luke Wise.
- Gonzalez extended the Ospreys lead with a triple to left field that brought around Weeks from second, before scoring on a wild pitch.
- Coming in as a pinch hitter, Andrew Martinez stroked a single to the right side that brought in Jay Prather.
- Reynolds ended the scoring with a ground out that brought in Murphy.
