Wright's Words
"First of all, these two teams are very much alike. Gabby and Nusbaum are similar as are the role players that fill the gaps. I think that we match up well against them and we were able to do a decent job of exploiting some of their weaknesses."
Regarding McCarty and Griffey's play: "Taryn Griffey is unstoppable. She is the best middle on the floor. We worked on our passing and I'm super proud of her [McCarty]. She really focused and put into play what we've been working on process and technique wise. When we couldn't pass we couldn't do what we wanted to do, but when we did pass were pretty efficient."
