Dig Pink
Wednesday marks UNF's 2018 Dig Pink match in conjunction with the Side-Out Foundation, an organization committed to unifying the volleyball community in an effort to better the treatment of breast cancer. Fans are encouraged to wear their pink gear and will receive free ribbons and rally towels upon entrance to the arena.

Last Time Out
KENNESAW, Ga. - The visiting Ospreys forged a furious run in the first set to take an early lead, but the host Owls rallied to claim the final three sessions and the match, 3-1, at the Kennesaw State Convocation Center Sunday, Sept. 30. Kirby Smith had a great showing, her best performance of the season. The freshman posted a season-best 11 kills in her first contest since September 8. She also recorded a personal-best attack percentage, .320.

At the Drop of a Hat
UNF made quick work of their conference rivals from DeLand in the last meeting, sweeping the Hatters at the UNF Arena Oct. 28, 2017. North Florida leads the all-time series 21-6, is 11-3 against Stetson at home and is currrently riding a five-match winning streak against Stetson.

All Facets
Senior setter Madilyn McCarty surpassed 500 digs at UNF during the match at Lipscomb Friday. Her career statline is a testament to her versatility as she has over 1,800 assists, 175 kills, 500 digs, 125 blocks and is hitting near .200 in the Navy and Gray.

Hey...I Know You?
UNF's Charyari Ramos and Stetson's Alejandra Perez hail from Ponce, P.R., and they both attended the Colegio Sagrado Corazón de Jesus prior to joining their respective ASUN teams. Both players are in their first seasons of collegiate volleyball.

Wright's Words
"Stetson is a well-coached team, a scrappy team and I'm excited that we get a match like this at home," head coach Kristen Wright said. "The team is in an awesome state of mind. We are hungry and comfortable and in a good spot to finish up the first half of conference strong. I think that our biggest focus is being consistent in the first and second touch. Then it's going to be who is going to play hard, play to win and be relentless."
