OPENING SERVE
The Ospreys enter the weekend with a 3-1 record following a straight set victory versus Savannah State on Wednesday night in their home opener.
NOTES
- UNF enters the weekend with the top three blockers in the ASUN as junior Alana Shoff leads the way with 24 blocks which also ranks ninth in the nation. Sophomore Taryn Griffey is second in the conference with 16 blocks and Redshirt Senior Carina Hoff is third with 14 blocks on the season.
- The Ospreys with enter the weekend ranked fifth in the nation in team total blocks with 46.0, while also ranking 33rd in blocks per set which is also an ASUN top mark.

- Georgia Southern comes into the tournament with a 1-2 record after defeating FIU in its season opener before falling to IUPUI and FGCU to open play. Murray leads the Sun Belt in attacks per set with 12.2.
- Charlotte enters the tournament with a 3-2 mark following a five-set win on Tuesday against UNC Greensboro. The 49ers come into the weekend leading the nation in total blocks and digs, while also leading their conference in blocks per set, opponent hitting percentage, service aces. Jannelle Curtiss leads the nation with 38 total blocks, Janell Sparks tops the nation in total attacks with 233 and Yumi Garcia is the current leader in the country with 129 digs.
- Bethune-Cookman enters the weekend winless in their opening three contests as Jordan Jefferson leads her squad with 12.08 attacks per set, 3.67 kills per set and 44 kills.
SERIES HISTORY
- The Ospreys trail in the all-time series against Georgia Southern 4-2 with their last meeting coming last September as UNF took the 3-1 win over the Eagles.
UNF trails the head-to-head with Charlotte 2-0 with their last meeting coming in 2014 where the 49ers pulled out a five-set victory over the Ospreys.
The Blue and Gray have a 21-1 all-time series advantage over Bethune-Cookman as the Ospreys took a 3-1 win over the Wildcats last October.
