Thoughts with Coach
Looking Back At Gamecock Invitational
"As a group we have got a lot to learn mainly because of the youth on our roster, but everyone is coming in hungry and ready to learn and ready to work and as long as they do that we will have a chance to continue to go better. Every fifth-set is a game that either team can win and usually the team with the most heart and energy and the will to win usually comes out on top and was encouraging to see this after two five-set wins."
OPPONENT
- Savannah State comes into Wednesday night's matchup with a 2-1 mark after wins against Alabama A&M and Grambling with its lone loss coming against Alabama State.
- Jennifer Rosado led the Lady Tigers in the three matches with 19 kills and four blocks.
- Savannah State has already matched its win total from a year ago as the Lady Tigers went 2-25 on the season.
