"Give Missouri a lot of credit for doing what they did. They were very physical and able to get up into guys and also had the ability to make passing lanes tough and difficult to put the ball on the floor. We did a good job of taking care of the ball but they were able to just get us out of sync and we were unable to find a rhythm. Additionally, they have good length on the interior which is sometimes hard to finish over. So adding all that up, it can make for a very challenging night. We then compounded that with an inability to get consistent, consecutive, timely stops on the defensive end. Early on we were doing a pretty good job defending them, we just weren't making shots and then next thing you know that exploded for some points. It is something we have to grow with and wash it out because we play again on Tuesday. We have to stay focused and not let one loss lead to two." -- Head coach Matthew Driscoll
