AN OSPREY WIN ON THURSDAY WOULD...

- Snap a two-game losing streak against BCU
- Be the first win on a Thursday this season
- Be the fifth win at UNF arena against Bethune

ON THIS DAY
UNF is 4-4 on the last day of November and played on this day last year - coming away with a 60-47 win at College of Charleston.

LAST TIME VS. THE WILDCATS
  • It was a slow start for both teams with the Wildcats holding a 10-9 edge, but it was a lead they never gave up.
  • UNF tied the game with 27 seconds to play, but on the next Wildcat play, the home team hit what would be the game-winner.
  • The Ospreys called a timeout, but their final play missed the basket for the loss.
  • Simone Brown led all scorers with 22 points as no other Osprey got above five.

SNAPPED FROM LONG RANGE
The Ospreys had a 67-game streak of hitting a three-pointer snapped against Monmouth (0-9) on November 25, 2017. Prior to that, the last time UNF went without a triple was Feb. 25, 2015.

FREE FOR ALL!
North Florida set a program record ith 35 made free throws against Webber on November 24. Tesh Hanson, Ty Purifoy and Adrienne Jackson all hit seven freebies. In total, 62 fouls were called - just 8 short of the NCAA record.

NEWCOMER SUCCESS
Senior Keonna Farmer has earned two ASUN Newcomer of the Week honors and is the third player to earn the award since its inception in 2010-11. It is also the third straight year with the Ospreys winning the award.

HELPING OUT
Junior Ty Purifoy is ranked seventh in the ASUN with 2.8 assists per game. Her 17 total are ninth, but the Ospreys have only played six games compared to other teams' eight.
