JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida volleyball gets its home ASUN Conference play started when Lipscomb and Kennesaw State come to UNF Arena on Friday and Saturday, respectively. First serve against the Bisons is set for 6 p.m., while Saturday's match begins at 5 p.m.

QUICK HITS 
- UNF is 4-4 against Kennesaw State under Steve Loeswick (since 2012) and 3-1 in their last four meetings. Lipscomb owns a 3-14 mark against UNF and one victory under Loeswick (2012, 3-1).

North Florida is at the top of the ASUN in opponent hitting percentage. Foes are hitting just .171 against the Ospreys.

The Ospreys are second in the league behind USC Upstate in kills. UNF has 800, while the Spartans tally 882.

Transfer Madilyn McCarty is having no trouble fitting in at UNF as she leads the team in assists with 331 (6.37/s). Her 43 vs. FAMU just missed the top five in ASUN five-set matches.

ON THIS DAY
UNF is just 3-5 on Sept. 30, while faring much better on the first month of October with a 7-0 mark, surrendering just one set.
