Comeback Kids: The Ospreys found themselves down 1-0 and 2-1 in Friday's game and ultimately rallied for a 3-2, double overtime victory over UNC Greensboro. Freshman Ivan Castro scored his first career goal to tie the game at one midway through the first half. Junior Drew Spragg knotted the game at two in the second half with a header goal, his second of the season. Helge Pietschmann capped off the come-from-behind victory with a PK goal in the 108th minute
Chasing Records: Goalkeeper Kyle Nasta was credited with his 11th career victory on Friday which gives him sole possession of first place on the school's D-1 era list (2005-present). Redshirt senior Casey Caronis played in his 57th game of his career on Friday. He is now ranked fifth in games played in the program's D-1 era.

Everybody Scores: Ivan Castro was the ninth different goal scorer this season when he put the Ospreys on the board in the first half of Friday's bout with UNC Greensboro. Depth on offense has been a staple of the Head Coach Derek Marinatos' teams the last two years. In each of the last two years, 13 players were able to find the back of the net.

Battle at the Top: North Carolina (5-0-1) emerged victorious on Friday in a matchup of two of the best teams in the country. The Tar Heels took down No. 2 Notre Dame, 4-2 in Chapel Hill. Junior midfielder Colton Storm scored a goal and assisted on two others to help push the Tar Heels to victory. North Carolina scored four of the games last five goals, including two by Alan Winn in the second half, to remain undefeated.
