ORLANDO, Fla.—The University of North Florida fell 4-3 to No. 64 UCF on Sunday afternoon at the UCF Tennis Complex.
"I give a lot of credit to UCF, they played excellent today," said head coach Mark Finnegan. "I was proud of our guys for executing the controllable aspects of the match. We are looking forward to defending the nest against Winthrop next Friday."
In doubles,
Norbert Nemcsek and
Jack Findel-Hawkins got their second win of the weekend with an 8-4 victory over Amar Hromic and Jesse Flores at the No. 1 spot. However, the Knights won at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions to clinch the doubles point.

Bernardo Craveiro had the Ospreys' three singles wins. Findel-Hawkins defeated Matthew Gladstone 7-6, 6-2 at the No. 1 spot. At No. 3 singles, uern claimed a 7-5, 6-2 victory over Chris Barrus. Craveiro downed Jose Sangroniz 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 at the No. 5 position.
The Ospreys return home to host Winthrop on Friday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m., at the UNF Tennis Complex.
