EVANSVILLE, Ind.- The University of North Florida men's soccer team gave up three goals in the final 15 minutes Friday night at the ProRehab Aces Soccer Classic at Black Beauty Field in Evansville to suffer a 3-0 defeat.
The Purple Aces out-shot the Ospreys 15-10. Samir Plavotic posted two shots on goal for UNF, while Ian Bartlett and Shareef Rajkumar each had one shot on goal.
Tom Irvin scored Evanville's first goal at the 75:02 mark. Cory Elenio netted goals in the 79th and 86th minute to help secure the win for the Purple Aces.
Michael Frost tallied three saves for the Ospreys, and Alec Dufty posted four saves for Evansville.
The Ospreys return to action on Sunday at 11 a.m. as they play Missouri State in their final game of the Evansville tournament.
