
Guadarrama, Campbell shuts out UNF

BUIES CREEK, N.C. - The University of North Florida men's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to Campbell on Saturday afternoon. With the loss, the Ospreys fall to 2-8-1 overall with a 0-3-0 mark in Atlantic Sun Conference action.
Neither team was able to record a goal during the first half of play.
Willy Guadarrama netted his first goal for Campbell at the 60:30 mark to give the Camels a 1-0 advantage.
The Ospreys saw their best chance to tie the game on a shot attempt by Mats Elmsater at the 68:01 mark.
Guadarrama notched his second goal at the 69 minute mark to give the Camels a 2-0 lead.
Elmsater tallied three shots including two shots on goal. Shareef Rajkumar and Matt Williams each had a shot on goal.
Freddy Neely stopped three shots for UNF, while Campbell's Aaron Johnson tallied four saves.
The Ospreys return to home to host Lipscomb on Thursday at 5 p.m. as they look for an elusive first conference win.
