- Member of the UNF cross country and track teams

- Named an NCAA cross country All-America selection in 1994 and 1995

- Was a four-time All-America track selection (2 indoor, 2 outdoor)

- Won national titles in the 5,000- and 10,000-meter events  at the 1996 outdoor nationals

- Finished fourth in the 5,000 meters at indoor nationals in 1995 and second in 1996

- Recorded a top-10 finish at the 1995 NCAA Cross Country Championship

- Set the team's outdoor track record in the 10k in 1996
