- Led UNF to six conference championships
- Led UNF to two NAIA district championships and eight NCAA Division II regional championships
- Coached 28 All-America selections (16 women and 12 men)
- Coached 19 teams ranked in the Top 10 nationally
- Recognized 11 times as Coach of the Year
