Was the first team ever in the NCAA’s Division II history to knock of the top-3 regional seeds
Seeded No. 7 in the South Atlantic Regional
Defeated No. 2-seeded Armstrong Atlantic 65-64 in the first round
Defeated No. 3-seeded Columbus State 57-56 in the second round
Defeated No. 1-seeded Shaw 71-58 in the Region championships
Had three players named to the All-South Atlantic Regional Tournament Team in Skye Barber, Mikel Taylor and Natalie Hicks. Barber was also named Tournament MVP
Cinderella run came to an end with a 76-62 loss to the No. 1 team in the country, California (Pa.).
Finished season with a 20-12 overall record
