1988 & 1989 Baseball Teams

 • During the 1988 season, the team won 47 games, a feat that had never been accomplished by a first-year program
• In 1988, defeated Kennesaw State two games to one in the District 25 Tournament to capture the championship and advance to the NAIA Area V Tournament
• In just its second year, the team won its second NAIA District 25 Tournament Championship and advanced to the NAIA Area V Tournament
• In 1989, the team won 53 games and advanced all the way to the NAIA World Series in Lewiston, Idaho
• At the World Series, UNF won three games to finish the season third in the nation
• Won 100 games over the first two years of the program
