Kevin Inlow was named the assistant coach for the UNF Indoor Volleyball program in January of 2018. In June of 2020 he added the responsibility of recruiting coordinator.

In four seasons as an assistant with the UNF indoor program, UNF has garnered four ASUN Championship appearances, back-to-back ASUN Championship Semifinals appearances, an NIVC selection and North Florida Division-I era RPI and wins records.

Ospreys Make History in 2021
Coming off a record year in the spring of 2021, North Florida returned to put up one of the best seasons seen by the North Florida volleyball program. The Ospreys went 25-8, posting a UNF DI-era record for wins. Between the spring and fall seasons in the 2021 calendar year, UNF went 35-18.

During the season, UNF achieved an RPI of 49, setting another UNF record. Dating back to the start of the 2019 season, it was a 108-spot increase from the end of the 2019 season. North Florida defeated a Power Five opponent for the first time since 2005, earning a trip to the NIVC after concluding the year with a 75 RPI.

Five times Ospreys were named ASUN Defensive Player of the Week, with Rocio Moro earning Defensive Player of the Year honors and Dariana Hollingsworth-Santana joining her on the All-ASUN First Team. Setter Annie Antar was also honored with all-freshman accolades, joining teammate Julianna Askew as fellow recipients of the award.

UNF claimed the second seed in the ASUN South Division in the Spring 2021 campaign, a year that saw the Ospreys go 10-10 and 8-4 in conference play. North Florida finished with its best winning percentage in ASUN play in program history, while reaching as high as an 87th RPI ranking, a vast improvement from UNF’s 257th finish in 2019.

During the past four years UNF has claimed 10 all-conference accolades, 13 ASUN weekly awards and has generated some of the most prolific individual match and season performances by its players.

The California native saw outside hitter Gabby O’Connell claim ASUN Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors, the first such honoree in UNF history. During the same season Rocio Moro was named ASUN Defensive Player of the Year and a first-team all-conference pick, the first of consecutive years earning such honors.

Outside hitter Solimar Cestero spearheaded an offense that finished the 2019 regular season fifth in the country in kills. 2019 freshman Julianna Askew led all NCAA Division I freshman in assists with 1,296 and classmate Rocio Moro posted 5.02 digs/set for 633, both the second-most in UNF history.

Inlow joins the Ospreys after spending the previous six seasons working as a manager and graduate assistant at the University of Texas. During his time in Austin he was part of five NCAA Final Four appearances and three NCAA Finals.

He worked with DataVolley and DataVideo in his time with the Longhorns, while also working on statistics and video. He was involved in all the travel and team meetings, and was responsible for running the Longhorns volleyball camps for three summers.

During the summer of 2017 he served as an assistant coach on the USA Volleyball junior national team, winning the gold in the Pan American Cup U20 event. Inlow also worked as a volunteer for the women's national team during the 2015 campaign.
