(Indoor Track): Won the A-Sun Championship in both the 200m (24.13) and the 400m (54.26), setting school records in each...Won the 300m at the Tiger Paw Invitational with a time of 39.04. (Outdoor Track): Finished third in the 400m at the NCAA East Preliminary (53.19) before finishing 11th at the NCAA Championships with a school-record time of 52.86...Won the 400m at the A-Sun Championships with a 53.78...Took 7th in the triple jump at the A-Sun Championships with a mark of 37-10 3/4...Clocked a 2:14.84 in the 800m at the FSU Relays, good for second place.

PREP AND PERSONAL

Claimed the individual state championship at 400 meters all four years of her high school career … led her team to back-to-back state titles in 2008 and 2009 as well as District and Region championships … named All-State, All-District and All-Region all four years of high school … had her high school track jersey retired … also played volleyball where she was named team MVP … was Class Vice-President … born on Feb. 19 … daughter of Le’Titia Silas … has two younger sisters, Jasmine Silas and Be'Nisha Frazier … majoring in Criminal Justice.
