Head Coach Matthew Driscoll on Jaylen
"Jaylen Smith is very dynamic and he will excite people from day one with his personality, smile and explosive athleticism. His unique ability to play at and above the rim, while having a left-handed dagger stroke from three-point range, gives him the perfect balance. There's no doubt that his skill set accentuates our offensive scheme. Jaylen humbly goes about his daily life and he is always looking to be the difference, yet steps between the lines with an edge that comes naturally."
Why UNF?
"I chose UNF because the staff treated me like family since the first day I met them. I've had a chance to build a relationship with each staff member and they all had one common goal. Coach Driscoll's transparency is another reason I chose UNF. My relationship with him is a key reason I chose to be a part of the Osprey family."
