Green joins the Osprey staff as the director of basketball operations after serving under the same position at Abilene Christian from 2022-23. She follows now UNF head coach Erika Lambert from ACU to join her staff this upcoming season at UNF.
In her first season with Abilene Christian, she assisted the team to a 15-15 overall record and a 9-9 conference record, including an 11-3 record at home.
Green spent her first three seasons as a player at Cincinnati from 2016-19 before transferring to play at Eastern Kentucky from for her last three seasons from 2019-2022. In her final season at EKU, she played through the transition from the OVC to the ASUN Conference.
During her playing career at EKU, she was a team captain and starting player that led the team to their most wins since the 2015-16 season. She was an OVC All-Conference selection on the Newcomer Team and finished her career ranked fourth in career blocks in the program's history.
As a Colonel, she played in 59 total games with 44 starts and 24.1 minutes played per game. She averaged 6.8 points per game and 6.6 rebounds per game during her EKU career, including 5.9 PPG and 5.8 RPG in her final season.
In the spring of 2022, she interned with the women's basketball staff and the director of basketball operations. She was also selected for the WBCA's "So You Want To Be A Coach" program the same year.
She graduated from Eastern Kentucky with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, as well as a Master's in Sport Administration.
