• 2008 graduate of Oldsmar Christian High School, where he played for coach Ryan Pannore
• Started all four years at point guard, averaging 12 points, seven assists and five rebounds per contest
• Averaged a career-high 14 points and eight assists as a senior, following up a junior season in which he averaged 12 points and seven assists per contest
• Helped lead his team to a regional final as a freshman and a second place finish in the district as a sophomore
• Lists his best game as a 25-point, eight-assist contest against Calvary Christian in which he hit a game-winning 3-point shot
• Team's biggest win came against IMG Academy as a freshman
• Teammates Trevor Ferguson (N.C. State) David Manaya (Tennessee Tech) and Leo Liriano (Tennessee Tech) all went on to play collegiate basketball.
• Played AAU basketball for Team Breakdown, helping lead coach Kenny Gillian's squad to a national title.
