Louis Delcour joined the men's tennis staff in August 2023 as an assistant coach.
Over his first two seasons at North Florida, he helped develop back-to-back ASUN superlative trifecta players with Jonas Hartenstein and Andreas Scott both receiving Player, Doubles Pair and Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2024 and 2025 respectively. He also assisted in reeling in three ASUN First Team All-Conference selections, an ASUN All-Freshman honoree, five ASUN Player of the Week awards and two ASUN All-Academic distinctions.
The French native was a four-year letterwinner and standout student-athlete at South Alabama in Mobile, Ala. The Lille, France, native helped the Jaguars to the 2019 and 2021 Sun Belt Tournament Championship and the 2023 regular season crown.
In 2019, Delcour and South Alabama knocked off Tulane en route to a win in the first round of regionals. Delcour was a back-to-back All-Sun Belt all-conference honoree in 2022 and 2023, ascending to as high as No. 16 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) doubles rankings, appearing in the NCAA Doubles Championship in 2023.
A one-time French national champion in doubles, Delcour earned a ranking of -2/6 in France in doubles. This past spring he earned his degree in finance, making the dean’s list six times, the ITA Scholar-Athlete list, Sun Belt Commissioner List and Sun Belt Academic Honor Roll.
