As a senior, 2007-08: (Indoor Track): Competed in all four of the Ospreys’ meets, including the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships where he finished 12th in the 3,000m (9:08.01) and 15th in the 5,000m (15:48.53)…His best finishes of the season came at the ERAU Challenge on Feb. 2, where he finished fourth in the 5,000m (16:03.39) and fifth in the mile (4:34.74), setting a new career best in the mile…Set a new personal best in the 5,000m at the Tiger Invitational on Feb. 16, finishing eighth with a time of 15:30.47. (Outdoor Track): Competed in five of the seven meets, including the A-Sun Conference Championships where he finished ninth in the 10,000m (32:19.04) and 11th in the 1,500m (15:42.90)…Finished third in the 5,000m (15:18.74) at the Seminole Invitational on April 12…Competed in the FSU Relays on March 27-29, where he finished third in the 10,000m with a new personal-best time of 31:36.28.
As a junior, 2006-07: (Cross Country): Ran in five of six meets for the Ospreys, including the Atlantic Sun Championship where he finished in 27:24, taking 20th place, his best 8k finish of the season ... posted a career best time at the Auburn Invitational, finishing in 25:20.61 ... Finished the JU Short Course Duals (5k) in first place with a time of 16:42. (Indoor Track): Did not compete. (Outdoor Track): Ran in three meets, competing in the 1500m once, 3k once and 5k twice ... best 5k finish came at the FSU Invite on April 14, taking fifth place with a time of 16:23.22 ... finished the 1500m in ninth place at the USF Invite on March 9 with a time of 4:17.58.
Previous School: Attended Atlantic Sun Conference school Belmont University for two seasons... competed in seven of eight meets in 2004.
High School: Attended Seminole High School for one year before transferring to Indian Rocks Christian School... earned all-district honors for cross country his freshman year... was the 1A state champion in the 3200m in 2003 and 2004... lists his time as 9:25 at the 2004 state meet... also played soccer his sophomore and junior year.
