NASHVILLE, Tenn. - After a four-hour weather delay occurring during doubles, North Florida women's tennis dropped its road match to Lipscomb on Friday evening.
The Ospreys had a few changes to their usual lineup with
Jasmin Makela being paired with
Isabel Oliveira on the top doubles court and
Alisa Lyshko with
Gabby Goyins on court three. Lyshko and Goyins took home a 6-4 win, while
Laurie Barendse and
Anslee Long pulled out the tiebreaker set, 7-4, to take the doubles point.
Makela and Lyshko also moved up to singles play on courts five and six respectively. Lyshko gained a three-set winner, but it was the lone victory for the Ospreys in what was a 4-2 win for the Bison.
