JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida women's tennis have three consecutive matches lined up on its slate for this week facing Presbyterian and Queens at home, followed with Eastern Kentucky on the road.
The Ospreys start off with Presbyterian early Tuesday morning with a 10 a.m., start time to lead a WTEN/MTEN home doubleheader match day. They will then return to ASUN play with another doubleheader with the UNF men's squad starting at 11 a.m., against Queens at UNF Tennis Complex.
UNF will head on the road over the remainder of the weekend to play in their third and final match of the slate against Eastern Kentucky. They will start that match at 10 a.m., in Richmond, Ky., while the men's team also plays the Colonels on the road as well.
Victories in four of their last six matches have pushed the Ospreys to a winning stretch to bounce back from an 0-3 start to the spring season. Last week, they swept its conference opener against Bellarmine, 7-0, with five of six singles courts being handled in straight sets.
The 10-time ASUN Tournament and seven-time ASUN Regular Season champion North Florida were tabbed to finish second in the 2025 ASUN Preseason Poll. The Ospreys are in their sixth season under two-time ASUN Coach of the Year
Catherine Dunagan, who has guided the Ospreys to three ASUN Regular Season titles, two ASUN Tournament titles, an NCAA Tournament win and the program's NCAA Tournament Singles and Doubles appearances.
North Florida will follow up the trio of matches this upcoming week with another pair of home doubleheaders up next against Rider and Austin Peay from Mar. 21-23 at UNF Tennis Complex.
