Swimming Receives CSCAA Scholar All-America Team Distinction for Spring '24

Program Boasts 3.66 Team GPA
RICHMOND, Va. - North Florida swimming's academic excellence was honored yet again as the Ospreys recieved College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team honors for the spring 2024 semester.Â
UNF tallied an impressive 3.66 team grade point average this past year, with 28 student-athletes on the program putting forth huge numbers in the classroom.
This is the tenth-straight semester North Florida has earned CSCAA Scholar All-America status.
"Year in and year out, our swimmers really put forth the effort in the classroom. The balance of being a student-athlete is very difficult, but their hard work is being recognized", head coach Ian Coffey said.Â

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
