Volleyball Narrowly Clipped by UCA Despite Career Highs in League Quarterfinals

Arrington Goes for 14-Kill and 10-Block Double-Double, Burkhardt Notches 24 Digs

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Despite getting career highs from multiple players, North Florida volleyball's (13-19, 9-7 ASUN) valiant effort against three-seeded Central Arkansas (17-11, 13-3 ASUN) came up just short in five frames Thursday, Nov. 21 in the Atlantic Sun Championship Quarterfinals.

Jacqueline Arrington notched an impressive 14-kill and 10-block double-double, Amy Burkhardt had 15 kills and 24 digs and Annie Antar tied a career high with 61 assists.

North Florida had the lead late in the fifth after coming back in the fourth frame, but UCA managed to hang on.
