CORAL GABLES, Fla. - North Florida women's tennis started with three singles wins and added a doubles victory against Florida's best collegiate talent at the Bedford Cup hosted by Florida Gulf Coast on Friday afternoon.

The Ospreys were led by Aryana Bartlett with a straight singles win in the first flight, while Gabby Goyins and Alisa Lyshko swept their opponents in the second flight. Lyshko joined forces with Isabel Oliveira to pick up a doubles win in UNF's lone doubles match on the day.

North Florida continues its weekend of tournament-style play in the Bedford Cup on Saturday, Oct. 5.
