A native of South America, originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Oliveira attended Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando before committing to East Carolina as a freshman. Oliveira then transferred into UNF and made a big impact over three seasons in the Navy and Gray.
Oliveira played in 39 games, starting 25 while accumulating 17 points on six goals and five assists between the fall 2019 and 2021 seasons.
