JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The North Florida women's tennis team swept Stetson, 4-0, in the ASUN Quarterfinal Friday. With the win, the Ospreys advance to their 11th straight semifinal Friday, April 23. 

In doubles, Lucia Montano and Constanza Gorches got on the board quickly, dominating Brooke Milnerand Anais Gabriel, 6-1, on court one. In the two slot Catherine Guilihur and Valentina Mariotto fell, 6-3, to Katie Kubicz Elodie Foster.

The doubles point came down to Summer Yardley and Annabelle Davis on court three. The pair battled hard against Stetson's Danel Ashirova and Noa Cohen but edged them 7-5 to clinch the doubles point. 

Gulihur bounced back in singles, finishing first on court two 6-0, 6-1, giving the Ospreys a 2-0 lead. In the six slot, Mariotto defeated Foster in straight sets 6-1, 6-4.

Yardley clinched the match for the Ospreys on court four, downing Ashirova, 6-1, 6-3 in the win. Montano, Gorches, and Davis went unfinished.

The Ospreys move on to the ASUN Semifinals Friday, April 23. North Florida will host the ASUN Men's and Women's Tennis Championships April 23-24. Singles Competition
