Ana Paula Melilo keep their win streak alive in doubles, now 8-0 on the season. The pair blanked Cami Moreno and Yurie Takanishi, 6-0, on court one.
South Alabama claimed courts two and three respectively in doubles to give the Jaguars a 1-0 lead.
Melilo evened the score with a win on court three. She defeated Milka Pasanen, 6-2, 6-3.
Lucia Montano gave the Ospreys a 2-1 lead, downing Yu Fujioka, 6-1, 6-4 in the one slot.
Valentina Mariotto gave North Florida its third straight point after a 6-4, 6-2, victory on court five.
Gulihur took Nikola Kohoutova to three sets in the two slot after dropping the first 4-6. She came back in the final two sets 6-4, 6-3, to clinch the match for the Ospreys.
Constanza Gorches went 7-6, 6-4 on court four to pick up the fifth win.
Summer Yardley fought hard to earn the sixth win, going 7-5, 7-5, in the six slot.
The Ospreys host Furman Wednesday, March 10, at 10 a.m.
