- A single to center, bunt single and hit by pitch was followed by a Randon Jernigan RBI groundout to put UGA up, 1-0, in the third. It could have been more for UGA, but Bogart got the next two batters to get out of the inning.
- UNF threatened in the sixth. Tanner Clark, Trey Spratling-Williams and Blake Marabell singled, but UGA reliever Liam Sullivan retired consecutive batters to retire the side.
