ORLANDO, Fla. - North Florida baseball (4-10) fell behind early and UCF (5-8) held on to its lead as the Ospreys suffered a 6-2 loss in Orlando Friday, March 12. 

Blake Marabell hit a solo home run and Austin Bogart collected an RBI to complete UNF's scoring.

Behind the Line Score

• Jordan Rathbone hit a solo home run to left in the bottom of the first.
• A pair of singles and a Rathbone sac fly scored UCF's second run in the third inning.
• UCF went ahead 4-0 in the fourth after a leadoff hit by pitch was followed by two one-out singles. 
• Alex Freeland hit a solo home run to make it 5-0 in the fifth.
• Tanner Clark singled, Alex Kachler walked and Trey Spratling-Williams singled before Austin Bogart plated Clark with an RBI groundout.
• UCF scored another in the bottom of the sixth. A leadoff hit by pitch eventually resulted in a run after two singles and a walk pushed the run around.
• Blake Marabell jumped on a high fastball and homered to left field in the sixth, cutting the deficit to 6-2.
• The Ospreys drew a pair of walks the rest of the way, but that was it.
