Men’s Tennis’ Home Winning Streak Snapped against No. 24 Duke

Ospreys Suffer First Loss at Home Since March 14, 2019

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - UNF men's tennis had its nine-match home winning streak come to a close Tuesday after a 7-0 loss to No. 24 Duke at the UNF Tennis Complex March 10. 

It was the Ospreys' first loss at home since a 5-2 defeat to No. 45 USF March 14, 2019. 

Duke trailed early in doubles but came back to take the point. Dominik Barton and Matt Carroll led 5-3 against No. 8 Nick Stachowiak and Sean Sculley, although the match was left unfinished as the Blue Devils clinched at the three slot. The Blue Devils responded to take each singles slot to take the match.
