An Osprey Win Saturday Would....
  • Be the 11th all-time win against the Hatters
  • Be the fourth road win of the season for the Ospreys
  • Ensure at least a .500 record in conference play.

Last Time Out:
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -  North Florida raced out to a 23-10 lead at the end of the first quarter, and from there they never looked back. The Flames tried to crawl back into the game, but the relentless defense from the Ospreys held Liberty to only 26 points in the second half to give the Ospreys their seventh conference win of the season.

Osprey Fast Breaks:
  • UNF is 12-13 and 7-7 in ASUN play following a 66-54 win vs Liberty on Saturday, Feb. 23.
  • Jazz Bond reached double-figures for the 16th time this season.
  • Ty Purifoy broke the UNF Division - I single-game record for assists with 12 against Liberty.
  • Seven ASUN victories marks the most under Darrick Gibbs and is the highest total since 2012-13.
  • UNF recorded its first-ever victory against Liberty in school history.
  • Purifoy is four assists from tying the UNF single-season record for dimes in a season. She has 133.
  • Bond is second in the ASUN in scoring at 15.9 points per game. She just earned her third ASUN Newcomer of the Week award February 18.
  • Emanuel-Wright topped the 20-point mark for the seventh time this season and fifth time in the last seven games
  • UNF's seven wins is its most in conference play since tallying 10 ASUN wins in 2011. UNF is currently tied for fifth in the ASUN standings. The top four teams host first round games, while eight of nine teams make the ASUN Tournament. UNF has not had worse than a three-game losing streak this year, nor have they won more than two games in a row.
  • Since becoming eligible to play in December after transferring in from USF, redshirt-sophomore Jazz Bond has been a force down low for UNF. The Murfreesboro, Tenn., native has scored in double-figures 16 of the 17 games she's played in, averaging 15.9 points per contest. Four times she's notched at least five blocks in a contest, and earlier this year her six blocks tied a single-game school record. The forward has been named ASUN Newcomer of the Week three different times this season.
