HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Ospreys dominated play spending a majority of the contest in their offensive end, resulting in a 39-0 advantage in shot attempts
- Freshman Kendra Hoffman had a hand in the squad's first three goals including scoring the opening tally in the 14th minute. Hoffman tracked down a bouncing corner kick by Thais Reiss and headed it over the WIU goalkeeper
- JJ Bryant was the recipient of a well-placed free kick service from Hoffman in the 17th minute, resulting in a header goal
- Early in the second half, Hoffman took a pass from Julia Martin and dribbled across the top of the box before blasting a shot into the upper left corner of the goal
- Just minutes later, Hollyn Knight dribbled a ball to the end line just left of the goal and flipped a pass to the front of the goal where Reiss easily redirected it into the back of the net
- Reiss collected her second helper of the night three minutes later as her low cross found the foot of Lisa Cedeno at the top of the box. Cedeno ripped a shot that slammed through the hands of the Warrior keeper and into the net
- Angelica Stege worked a nice give-and-go combination with Krista Colubiale on the right side of the box and finished with an angled shot that slipped into the far side corner
- Lorena Cedeno joined her twin sister in the scoring column in the 70th minute after working a give-and-go passing run with Karina Bermudez
- UNF drew a foul in the box, setting up Kelli Crowley for her first career goal on a converted penalty kick
- Bermudez closed out the scoring barrage in the 81st minute, tallying her first career goal following a pair of quick touch passes by Brandi Walker and Andrea Sanchez

QUICK KICKS
- Thais Reiss and Kendra Hoffman now share the team lead with 4 goals each this season
- UNF finished with 39 shot attempts including 21 on frame
- The Ospreys had 14 different players attempt a shot in the match paced by 7 from Karina Bermudez
- Eight different players recorded an assist in the game
- A trio of North Florida goalkeepers (Rhiannon Conelley, Kaitlyn Powell, Hannah Cardozo) combined to notch the team's fourth shutout in the last five matches
- The win marked the team's fifth straight of the year, matching the program's longest Division I win streak set in both 2006 and 2017
- The nine goals marked the most in a match since UNF scored 10 against Arkansas-Pine Bluff in 2013 | Marks the most goals scored in Coach Robin Confer's tenure
- North Florida's 9-goal margin of victory is the largest since a 10-1 decision vs UAPB
- UNF improves to 5-3-0 on the season while Webber slips to 2-3-0

CONFER COMMENTS
"This was a good team win and we scored some good goals. It was nice to have the opportunity to play lots of the girls as we close out non-conference play. It was fun to see some of the girls score their first career goals. We are now focused on getting ready for ASUN play. We get a few extra days of rest and preparation since our game on Sunday was cancelled. The ASUN will be really competitive this season with some of the teams off to good starts with some quality wins. We have two tough opponents, Stetson and Gulf Coast, to open conference play. We just need to continue working hard and improving. We are excited to get conference play started ." - Head coach Robin Confer

The Ospreys kick off ASUN league play on Friday (Sept. 21) by hosting Stetson at 7 p.m.
