JACKSONVILLE – FGCU took both games from North Florida softball to open up the regular season finale for both teams.

GAME 1 CAPSULE
- North Florida scored its lone run off Dominica Cocuzza's home run in the fourth inning.
- Sophomore Morgan Blourne (7-9) did not give up a hit through 4.2 innings, but FGCU figured her out in the later innings to secure the win. She finished with five hits, four walks and five strikeouts.
- The Eagles evened the score in the seventh on a solo dinger before scoring on a single in the eighth to take the game.
- Megan Woodson had two of the Ospreys four total hits off of Riley Randolph. Randolph (16-6) gave up just one walk, while striking out seven.
GAME 2 CAPSULE
- FGCU hurler Morgan White (9-2) held UNF to just two hits and one walk in the win
- The Eagles scored two in the third on three hits and an error.
- FGCU then added to its lead in the fifth on four UNF miscues and three hits for the 5-0 lead.
- Rindy Bryant and Alex Arciola recorded the Ospreys hits.
- Sydney Matzko struck out six in the loss.
