JACKSONVILLE - North Florida women's tennis continued its perfect record in ASUN play as it took down Lipscomb, 5-2, on a chilly Thursday evening.

QUICK HITS
- UNF (14-6, 4-0 ASUN) picked up the doubles point as it dropped just four games in the victories. Eva Nyikos and Lucia Montano paired up to win 6-2, before the No. 1 pair of Luise Intert and Rafaela won by the same score.
- Freshman Florencia Rossi made quick work of Kateryna Kandyba as she took the No. 6 match for the 2-0 lead.
- Lipscomb then got on the board with a win in the No. 2 spot before freshman Valentina Mariotto grabbed the victory at the No. 5 spot for the 3-1 advantage.
- In the No. 3 position, Montano cruised to a first-set win before falling in the second, but she wore out her opponent as she went on to win in the final set 6-1.
- With the match clinched, Intert won her second set, 7-5 before winning the match on a super tiebreak 1-0 (6) win.

Our girls made it a little harder on themselves, but they kept their heads in the game with several coming back from being down and continued with their game plan which led to our results.
