OPENING TIP
- Senior Keonna Farmer scored a game-high 28 behind 11-for-19 from the field, while also pulling down a team-high nine boards.
- After scoring just five first-half points, senior Tesh Hanson came back in the second to finish with 16 points, while grabbing eight boards.
- Junior Ty Purifoy chipped in a career-best 13 points, while dishing out three assists. She went 3-for-3 from the long range.
- Freshman Tiffany Tolbert dished out a season-high six helpers, while classmate Ta'Kyla Austin hit two clutch triples off the bench.
- UNF hit a season-high eight three-pointers and shot 72 percent from the field.

First Half Trends
- North Florida jumped out to a 7-2 lead before FGCU got back within one, 7-6 at the first media timeout.
- Farmer capped an 8-2 run with a triple to give the Ospreys their biggest lead of the game,15-8.
- FGCU responded on the other end of the floor, before Farmer hit another trey as time ticked down to give UNF a 18-13 lead heading into the second.
- The teams traded baskets and eventually knotted the score at 20 and again at 29 with two minutes left in the frame.
- The Ospreys went out front, 33-29, before the Eagles answered with a three to make it a 33-32 UNF lead heading into halftime.
Second Half Trends
- Coming out of the break, FGCU took its biggest lead as it led by seven twice in the third. The final time came on a three-pointer from Taylor Gradinjan to make it 52-45 with 2:05 on the clock.
- The Ospreys closed the gap to three with a triple from Austin before FGCU hit a bucket on the other end to give the Eagles a 55-50 lead.
- The Eagles held the advantage for the first four minutes of the final frame before a three-pointer from Purifoy, followed by a layup from Hanson put the Ospreys out front, 65-61, with 4:19 to play.
- The teams knotted the score and traded leads three more times before back-to-back baskets and a pair of free throws put UNF out front where it stayed for the remainder of the game.
- FGCU got to within two on a three-pointer, but Elli Bartley came down to hit two freebies and put the game out of reach.
INSIDE THE BOXSCORE
- It was Farmer's 13th time leading in scoring and has now scored in double figures in 17 of the last 19 games.
- Farmer also has scored 20 points in four of the last six contests.
- The Ospreys owned a 36-26 edge off the glass with Maiya Rumph also pulling down nine boards.
- This was the first win against the Eagles since 2010 and just the third win overall.
- North Florida is now 6-2 when at least three players score in double figures, while moving to 7-1 when scoring 70 or more points.
