LAST WORD
"When you play in our league with the quick turnaround, we really have to focus on two things: The first is how quickly you can wash it out and move on and get better, while also figuring out the things you can improve for the next game. The next thing is prepare and intstall the game plan for the next game. Our non-conference schedule really allowed us to gain valuable experience in these things especially on the road. Our word all year has been resilient and I think this team is very resilient and showed it again today not just from a bounce back situation but also from being able to build a lead, have Upstate battle back and then our guys came out in the second half and made a lot of plays on both ends of the floor. They got another big lead and were able to maintain it, which is a difficult thing to do in league play especially on the road. I'm really, really proud of the effort and outcome of the game tonight." -- Head coach Matthew Driscoll
