TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Junior Sierra Shepherd and senior Claire Ioannidis scored in double digits for North Florida women's basketball as No. 7 Florida State grabbed the 95-39 win on Monday evening at the Tucker Center.

OPENING TIP
- Junior Sierra Shepherd totaled a team-best 12 points and grabbed three rebounds with two assists. It was Shepherd's eighth straight game with a 3-pointer made.

1st Half Reflections
- In the opening quarter, the Seminoles outscored the Ospreys 23-7. 
- UNF was 0-for-9 on field goals for more than eight minutes and committed six miscues during the stretch.
- Ivey Slaughter had 10 points after 10 minutes of play.
- Claire Ioannidis added six points in the early goings of the second frame.
- From there though, the Noles took control of the game as UNF went 2-for-13 down the stretch with five turnovers.
- Florida State's 52 points are a season-high for an opponent in the first half, while the 17 first-half points for UNF are a season-low for the squad.

2nd Half Reflections
- The Ospreys opened the third with back-to-back treys from Shepherd and Hanson, but then went cold. 
- Florida State held UNF without a basket for more than three minutes as it pushed its more than 40.
- It took more than five minutes for the Ospreys to score in the final frame. Kirsten Clement, celebrating her birthday, scored the first point on a free throw at 4:37.
- UNF hit just two field goals in the final frame as Florida State outscored the visitors, 17-9 to grab the victory.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE
- Simone Brown pulled down a game-best eight rebounds with two points. It was the first time in four games that Brown has been held to less than 10 points.
- Tesh Hanson had seven points and seven rebounds on the night. 
- Turnovers once again hurt the Ospreys as they recorded 28 with FSU capitalizing with 34 points.
- The Noles dominated the inside with 44 points to the Ospreys 14.
