Natalie Duboise scored her fourth goal of the season to open up the scoring in the 29th minute. The score remained for the rest of the half and with the Bisons holding a 6-4 shot advantage.

It didn't take long for Lipscomb to get on the scoreboard after the halftime break. Just six minutes into the half Olivia Doak served a cross to head of Lindsay Brent who redirected into the upper right 90 for her second goal of the season.

The Ospreys cut the Bisons lead in half just under 10 minutes later on a successful Sarah Wasser penalty kick. It marked the second PK of the season for the senior midfielder. She is a perfect 3-for-3 in her career on penalty kick opportunities. Once the Ospreys got within a goal, Lipscomb was able to control the clock for the majority of the second half while also creating scoring chances. The Bisons had five of their eight shots land on target, three in the first and two in the second.

From Coach Confer
On today's game
"Although frustrating we can takeaway the fact that for three-straight games we have been right there, defending well and creating chances. However when you can't finish chances and make bad decisions, it will cost you and that is what happened today"
The Opponent
"I thought we could have easily prevented the two goals today but you have to credit them (Lipscomb) for capitalizing on our mistakes. We knew they would be organized defensively and would be tough to break down. It was frustrating because I felt that when we had the ball in the run play we really limited their chances."
Looking Ahead
"This team continues to keep fighting and we will regroup and focus on a very important road weekend."

Up Next: The Ospreys will hit the road for the first time since early September next weekend for matches at NJIT (Friday) and USC Upstate (Sunday).
