Just before intermission, Valderruten sent a free kick over to Mulamba from 20 yards out through the defensive wall. Mulamba put the ball into the bottom right corner of the goal with just seconds remaining in the first half to put UNF in front 2-0.
The second half started with a goal by Rollins' Alex Bisbee to trim the Osprey lead to 2-1. In the 65th minute, the Tars' Joe Crowley was fouled in the box, leading to a penalty kick that he converted to knot the score at 2-2.
