Belmont went on several service runs to control the fourth set. The Bruins proved too strong for the Ospreys in the fourth, winning the set and taking the match 3-1.
“Marija played really well coming in off the bench for us today,” said UNF head volleyball coach Kevin Campbell. “Julie Fye also did a nice job coming in as setter for us. We have a lot of work to do this week before we see JU on Wednesday. We will be able to be prepared and get ready for a great match.”
North Florida will be back on the court on Wednesday, Sept. 16 when the Ospreys make the short trip to Atlantic Sun intra-city rival Jacksonville University. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m. in Swisher Gymnasium.
